Brand MB&F has come together with artist Sage Vaughn to create magic in time with something that they like to call the Horological Machine No.2 aka HM2. This timepiece is one of its kind and will be auctioned at Only Watch, which is a charity auction for the benefit of the research nto Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) to be held on 24 September this year in Monaco. The HSH Prince Albert II is the patron of this event.

We hear that this stunningly gorgeous timepiece has been signed by the artist who presents DMD. The blackened gold barbed wire traps both the movement and the blued gold butterfly. The wings of the pretty insect are clipped to signify the unsuccessful struggle against DMS.

The HM2 also flaunts two sapphire domes sitting on a transparent top plate which is also pure sapphire crystal. The design is complicated while maintaing the sheer class that you look for in a contemporary watch.
